Effective September 24, 2026. This page explains the information used to run the job board and how it reaches employers.
Information you provide
If you apply to a job on the board, we store your name, email address, optional profile link and note, and any resume you upload. Your application and its status appear in your dashboard and the posting employer’s workspace. Employers can add private hiring notes to their applications. If you save jobs or searches, we store those choices and any alert email you enter. Employers provide company profiles, job details, and applicant review information.
How it is used and shared
We use this information to display jobs, process applications, operate dashboards, and maintain the service. A posting employer can view applications submitted to its own job, including an uploaded resume. Public company profiles and listings are visible to visitors. Jobs imported from other companies link to the original employer website; applying there is governed by that site’s privacy practices. Saved search alerts currently stay in your dashboard; automated alert emails are not active.
Site operation
The site uses sign-in to associate activity with an account and may process technical information needed to deliver pages and protect the service. Job view counts are recorded to show basic listing performance. We use hosting and storage services to operate the site. Do not upload sensitive information that is unnecessary for an application.
Choices and questions
You can manage saved jobs and searches in your dashboard. To ask about your information or request correction or deletion, email ab@bestlogicstaffing.com. We may need to verify your request and retain information where required for operational or legal reasons. We will update this page when practices change.
